Run is Fitness and Health . 

Running It’s painful, tedious, and exhausting.

So, why do so many peoples do it?



- There are many reasons, The most important we want to stay in  shape and to reach an ideal body weight . many studies show that a combination of exercise and diet is the best way to lose weight.
It also leads to fat loss and improve the performance of the heart , and expansion of the arteries.So for ideal weight,  we need to athletic shoes and some insist. anyone can RUN
- Surprisingly, how fast a person runs has little effect on the number of calories he or she will burn. The most important factor is weight.
Because a person weighing 220 pound  in an 8 minute burn 150 calories when running, But a person who weighs 120 pound loses only 80 calories .
